Intro To CrossFit Classes

Join one of our Intro to CrossFit classes for free! In this 45 to 60 min session you will get a feel for the CrossFit experience – what a class is like,  the type of movements and workouts. You just need to bring a towel and drink bottle.  Book in via the timetable below.
